Yoga is the practice of awareness and union. It can be practiced in various forms, and it can look very different to different people.
The styles and methods I use to teach are varied, and I cater each class to the energy in the student I am working with, and/or the room of multiple students I am guiding. I believe that our body contains the deepest wisdom to our healing, and it is through learning to listen to our bodies unique language, that we heal.
