Guided Meditations are a not only a great way to begin a meditation practice, but to also deepen and explore an already existing practice. Guided Meditations can be done in various forms, but my primary offering is done in the form of breath and visualization. Breath is the start of all things, and through breath we can begin to calm the body, nervous system, and mind. It is our key and entry point to our subconscious mind, and the peace and joy we were born to experience. Our mind is a powerful tool, that when focused through visualization (minds eye, and/or imagination) we are able to access deep healing of emotional difficulties and trauma. 
Each Guided Meditation Session will be specific to your own self/soul/being. We will spend 5-10 minutes discussing your current state and experience of life, and what you most deeply need. From there, I intuitively guide you in and out of  meditation, typically lasting 30-60 minutes. These sessions can be done in person, and via zoom, and will allow you an experience of meditation that you can take with you and use for the following week or next several weeks.
